How to run a night

For someone opening this for the first time. Do these in order.

1. Pick the songs

Go to Setup. Click a built-in pack (80s Anthems, Keg Stand!, Greatest Sing Alongs!, and so on), or paste your own list as Title - Artist | YouTube link.

The theme name prints at the top of the bingo cards. Change it if you want a different header.

2. Hand out the cards

The bingo cards are already printed and laminated. Hand those out. Players mark a square when they hear that song. One square is free. Do not print new cards unless you are making a new set.

3. Put the audience screen on the TV

Click Start Game, then on the Host page click Open Audience Display. A second window opens. Drag that window onto the TV, projector, or second monitor and make it full screen.

Leave this computer on the Host page. Sound comes out of this computer, not the TV window.

4. Run the songs

Call / Next or the space bar plays the next song and shows it on the TV. Clips start around 0:30 and fade when you advance.

The song timer under the title tells you how long the clip has been up. Gold at 1:00, red past 1:30.

Up Next is the remaining order. Drag a song, or hit Next, to control what is coming.

5. Keys on the host page

Space next song · B BINGO on/off · W prize wheel on/off · L logo screen on/off.

BINGO and the wheel clear themselves after 20 seconds. Keys do nothing while you are typing in a box.

6. Between games and prizes

Hit L or Logo Screen to put the bumper video up before the night, between games, and at the end.

Prize wheel: pick a venue pack (Beachside Bistro is built in), then W or Spin. The wheel shows on the TV. Free Night Oceanside cannot land until 75 spins have passed since the last time it hit.

If a YouTube link is bad

On the Host page, paste a working link in the YouTube box for that song and apply it. It saves into the current list.
